Robert Kramer

Owner, Head Coach
Rob has been involved in CrossFit since 2012, and is a veteran of the health and fitness industry, and a sought-after training coach having previously co-owned a CrossFit gym.

Rob is also a world class CrossFit Wodapalooza competitor ranking among the top 20 in the world within his age group.

Kayla Kramer

Co-Owner/CrossFit & Bootcamp Coach/Nutrition Coach

I have been coaching at FPCF since we opened at the end of 2020. I started my CrossFit journey in 2013 and have trained competitively since 2019. I currently hold my CF L1, USA Weightlifting L1, and Precision Nutrition L1 and L2. I have a strong passion to help others achieve their fitness and nutrition goals and love seeing people succeed. I also like to use my several years of nutrition coaching experience to take athletes to the next level by properly fueling and recovering. I enjoy learning and furthering my education in both fitness and nutrition through fellow coaches, mentors, and certifications. I am a Type 1 diabetic, and a mother of one as well, so I like to use my condition as a way to empower those who face such challenges. I have a goal to help as many people as possible live long, healthy, and fulfilled lives. I am grateful for the amazing FPCF community and to share this opportunity with my husband, Rob, and our two girls, Payton and Presley.

Scott Morris

CrossFit Coach

“I live here locally in Miamisburg with my wife and two children, we are always staying busy. I work as a Physical Therapy Assistant during my 9 to 5, and am a big advocator of movement patterns and focusing on quality. Coaching CrossFit has been a great joy of my life. I throughly enjoy working with people of any skill level and path of life that just want to get better or achieve their fitness goals.”

Mary Catherine Venturella

CrossFit Coach

Mary Catherine started CrossFit in 2016 and immediately fell in love with the sport. Since leaving the world of competitive cheerleading and gymnastics, CrossFit has filled a competitive void in her life, pushing her to new limits both mentally and physically. Mary Catherine thrives on helping other athletes achieve their fitness goals, especially moms in different stages of life and on different fitness journeys. She has her CrossFit L-1 and is currently training to become certified in pregnant and postpartum athleticism. Mary Catherine has two little girls, Snow and Sophia, and a wonderful husband that she spends most of her time with when she’s not coaching or working as a hairstylist.

Tina Durkin

CrossFit Coach
Tina is a former Beachbody Live Master Trainer with a BS in Business Management. She is an AFAA Certified Personal Training and Group Fitness Instructor, MASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, Precision Nutrition Coach, Level 3 CrossFit Coach, and Certified Zumba instructor. Throughout high school, college, and her time in the military, she played sports and made health a priority. She has competed as an IFBB Pro with multiple top 5 placings in the Arnold Classic and Ms. Olympia Fitness division. She is committed to helping others improve their lives by achieving optimum health.

Jenna Steele

CrossFit & Bootcamp Coach

I was introduced to CrossFit in 2017 while on deployment to Afghanistan, and honestly never looked back. I was a recreational and competitive soccer player for most of my life and a Zumba instructor for 8 years. I earned my L1 in 2019 and the PN L1 in 2020. I love teaching people how capable their bodies are and how mentally strong they can be.

I am currently working on a BS in exercise science with the goal of being a certified exercise physiologist upon graduation in 2025.

Alex Adkins

Alex was introduced to CrossFit while in high school. Over the years, he treasured how CrossFit formed genuine relationships and changed people’s lives. Like many without the seasonal rhythm of competitive sports, CrossFit became the outlet while in college. Alex began coaching CrossFit in 2017 and he was able to work with PowerMonkey gymnastic and olympic weightlifting coaches. Alex completed an undergrad and masters in exercise physiology at the University of Virginia before graduating physician assistant school in 2022. Alex is passionate about empowering members to accomplish their fitness goals and making class the best hour of each member’s day. Outside of the gym, you can find Alex at his favorite local coffee shop, Pettibone Coffee, and working in emergency medicine.

Dre Dow

Bootcamp Coach

The first CrossFit workout I completed was “Angie”. After every movement, we had to run a quarter mile…in Afghanistan heat. I loved it and have been immersed in the sport ever since. I had a garage gym for some years where I trained, created my own workouts, as well as did my own programming. 16 years and counting of military service (Ohio Army National Guard) as a Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear and Environmental Sergeant (former Infantryman and Cavalry Scout). I am a small fitness brand owner (IronSquared). I am excited to spread motivation for the purpose of fitness.

Robyn Sheehan

Bootcamp Coach

Robyn was an athlete and involved in sports from a young age through college. She has an L1 CrossFit certification and started her CrossFit journey 3 years ago. The thing Robyn loves the most about CrossFit is the adaptability to anyone’s fitness level and getting to share in the workouts with her kids.
